My Cupcake Piping Techniques

One of my favourite things to make are cupcakes and I just love adding the buttercream swirls to the top. I thought I would put a video together showing my four favourite, and most used icing tips/nozzles and the techniques that I use to make the swirls.

In this video tutorial I show you how I use the Wilton 1M tip to create a classic ‘icecream’ swirl. The Wilton 2D to create a pretty rose cupcake, and two of my other favourites which create a smooth round swirl and a ruffle swirl.
