With just one week left until Christmas I thought there was just time to squeeze in one more Christmas themed tutorial. So if you’re still looking for ideas for your Christmas cupcakes in this weeks tutorial I show you how to make these festive buttercream wreaths.
Piping Tips
In the tutorial I use the #352 leaf piping tip for the main part of the wreath, to create a ring of leaves. I then used the #ST50, or sometimes its just called the #50 to create really tiny Christmas poinsettias. These look so sweet on the wreath and perfect to team with the sprinkles.
The Sprinkles
The cupcakes were then finished with a gold fondant bow and the Santa’s Favourite sprinkle mix by Happy Sprinkles. This is such a fun and festive mix of sprinkles and includes red and gold hundreds and thousands, gold stars and gold balls that are perfect to look like baubles. There are also Christmas stockings, Christmas Trees, red and white candy canes and little gingerbread men.
