Chocolate Balls / Spheres / Balloon Cake Design
Chocolate balls or spheres have become a really popular cake decoration in 2022 as they look just like fun little balloons added onto the cake. They are so easy to make using a sphere mould and creating 2 hollow chocolate or candy melts spheres which when put together make a ball. They can then be attached to the cake using a little more melted chocolate or candy melts. In the tutorial below I show you how to work with the rice paper, how to get it to dry quickly and how to add it onto your cakes.
