Sprinkles make a great additional to any cake and I was so excited last week to receive a box from Happy Sprinkles containing some of their Easter collection.

The Happy Sprinkles Easter Collection
As I opened the box the colours inside just screamed Easter. The greens, the pastel yellows the pinks and this was before I even took a closer look. These sprinkles are filled with little Easter eggs, strands of green to look like grass, mini carrots, bunny rabbits and there are even some bunny buts and sheep heads in there too.
As well as the sprinkles there were 3 of the Happy Drips. You may have seen me use this product on my YouTube channel when I made my Ombre Buttercream Drip Cake. I was so happy to see these in the box as they are super easy to use and make adding a drip so quick. You just heat up the bottle until the mixture inside is liquid and pour it on. Is is a lovely consistency and dries really quickly.
There was also the cutest silicone mould. I have so many ideas for this mould. You could make little individual Easter egg and Chick shaped treats or what about some cute bunny rabbit cake toppers to add onto your cakes.

What Should I Make With These Sprinkles?
